Otherwise known as fortune telling. Fortune telling using Tarot cards is a very interesting topic. It could be argued that Tarot helps us tap into our subconscious thoughts, which help us see events which would naturally occur e.g. admitting to oneself, relationship or work problems. From this angle, Tarot may help us forsee the future without any reference to supernatural or occult influences.

On the other end of the spectrum, some Tarot readers believe Tarot cards give them a psychic ability to see the future.
